Ben&Ben Send-off Concert updates
We want to extend our gratitude to those who showed and lined up outside CCP Open Grounds last September 3 despite the inclement weather conditions. We also want to thank the rest of the ticket buyers for their patience and understanding.
We are delighted to announce that the Ben&Ben Concert will now be held on December 18 at SMDC Festival Grounds.
For those who have purchased tickets, you have the following options:
Option A: Carry forward your existing tickets as they will be honored. Your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required.
Option B: Request for a full refund
Ticket holders who are unable to make the new date will be allowed a refund from September 12-30, 2022. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of how to apply for the refund from 12 Sep 2022 onwards.

Refund Procedure and FAQs
How do I request for a refund?
Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of the refund options for the event. Ticket buyers will need to submit the required details through a form within the period of from September 12, 2022 to September 30, 2022. After patron fill up the form, the request will be checked and processed in batches every week.Please ensure that the details inputted are correct.
How long does it take to get my refund after I’ve submitted my request?
Timing may vary. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. We cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card. If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.
In case of any refund or refund request, please note that fluctuations in currency conversion rates will affect the final amount you receive.
Please note that, the refund will apply to your entire order, and all requests for a refund are final and cannot be changed once initiated.
No refund will be made if the request for the refund is made after the refund request period. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at Ovation Tickets or Ovation Production’s sole discretion.
Neither Ovation Tickets or Ovation Productions will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
When will I receive my refunds?
Original Ticket buyers will receive the refunds to the original payment mode used to purchase the ticket, and not to your account. Refunds will be made periodically every week in batches based on the time of the request. You will receive your refund automatically. No further action is required from you. Please check your next 1-2 billing cycle for the refunded amount.
We are unable to refund to any other payment modes which were not used to purchase the ticket.

Will I receive the refunds in my home currency?
All refunds are issued in Philippine Peso (PHP). If your purchase was made with a credit card issued outside of the Philippines, the amount credited will use the currency exchange rate at the time of the refund. Your bank or card may impose a nominal service charge for the refund. Therefore, the amount credited may differ slightly from the original transaction amount.
I purchased tickets to an event through a secondary / resale website or 3rd person. What are my options?
If you purchased a ticket from another site, you will need to reach out to your original point of purchase for your refund options, if available
