Major credit and debit cards are accepted on Ovation Tickets.
How do I retrieve my e-ticket(s) if it was deleted by accident?/ I did not receive my E-ticket(s)?
Please check your junk/spam folder to see if the email confirmation was mistakenly redirected to your junk/spam folder. If you cannot find it in there either, our Customer Service Team will be able to re-send the e-ticket(s) to you via email. We can be contacted at +63 85328883 or email@example.com.
How will I receive my e-ticket(s) and do I have to print them to enter the venue?
After completing your ticket purchase, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Please check if the email is possibly caught in your spam folder. The link to download your e-ticket(s) can be found at the top right corner of the email confirmation. Kindly note that there may be multiple pages and that one ticket is required per person for admission. Each copy can only be used by one person as it contains a unique barcode. The e-ticket must be downloaded and either printed or presented on your mobile phone for admission.
I’ve ordered tickets via Ovation Tickets, but haven’t received any order confirmation yet. Did my booking go through?

I lost my e-Ticket. What can I do?
If you lost your e-Ticket, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will send it to you again. If you suspect your ticket got stolen and could be used by another person, a new e-Ticket has to be issued. Please note, however, that Ovation Tickets assumes no liability for lost or stolen tickets.
I am not able/do not want to attend the concert for personal reasons. Is there a possibility to cancel/rebook the tickets?
Upon confirmation of your order for Tickets, no refund on Tickets will be made under any circumstances. For support, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is a virtual waiting room?
When a popular event goes on sale, it can become very busy on our site before the start of the sale. In order to provide a smoother ticketing experience, a virtual waiting room is being set up with a temporary queue to eliminate the rush of everyone trying to purchase tickets at once.
How does queuing in the virtual waiting room work?
Once tickets for the event goes on sale, you will be automatically assigned a random place in the queue with everyone else. This is to ensure the fairest possible purchase experience for all fans and added ticket security. We advise all fans to enter the queue 10 minutes before tickets go on sale.
Do I have to stay on the page when I am in the queue?
If you have already joined the queue, please do NOT refresh or close the page to avoid losing your assigned queue number.
Am I able to start queuing before tickets go on sale?
You will be directed to a holding area before the event goes on sale. When the event goes on sale, a random queue number will be assigned to you, along with everyone who are also waiting. We advise all fans to enter the queue 10 minutes before tickets go on sale.
Will I get tickets if I have a spot in the queue?
Tickets are always based on availability, demand, and are not guaranteed.
How long will I have to wait to purchase tickets?
A set time is not guaranteed. We will only allow more people to purchase tickets once space opens up and will keep you updated on your status along the way.
Why am I offered seats that are not seated together?
The section you have selected may have only single seats available. You may choose another section to try for tickets that are seated together.
